# 제휴프로그램 약관

**제휴프로그램 이용약관**

1\. 제휴 프로그램 정산 단가표는 6개월 단위로 변경될 수 있습니다.

2\. 6개월 단위로 제휴프로그램 대상자를 재심사 합니다. (6개월간 실적 확인)

3\. 심사를 거쳐 활동이 적거나 당사에서 활동이 부적절하다고 판단될 경우 권한은 상실할 수 있습니다.

4\. 제휴프로그램 홍보 수익목적이 아닌 본인의 자체 할인 사용목적으로 판단될 경우 재제를 받을 수 있습니다.

5\. 제휴 수익은 \*스윙 일반 이용권-기본형, 확장형, 프리미엄에만 적용됩니다. (플러그인 상품, 알뜰형상품, 패키지 상품은 적용되지 않습니다)

6\. **제휴프로그램 관리는 스윙 홈페이지 접속후 앱운영페이지→ 내메뉴→ 제휴관리에서 확인할 수 있습니다.**

7\. 제휴 프로그램 유입사용자로 집계가 되는 사용자는 스윙에 처음 가입한 신규회원들만 해당됩니다. (기존 가입자는 제외됩니다)

8\. 정산은 사용자의 제휴 URL로 접속을 한 회원들 중 입금, 카드결제 등 실제 결제한 내역에 대해서만 정산이 됩니다.

(무료쿠폰을 사용한 경우 집계되지 않습니다)

9\. 정산은 매월 1일이며, 전월 25일까지의 이전 한달 간 매출 집계 후 정산됩니다.
